Aim of the program

Providing all participants with the opportunity to gain additional knowledge and practical skills in the field of energy efficiency and energy, which will facilitate their further employment in companies in these sectors and active participation in projects for the recovery of Ukraine.

A key feature of this program is that the training will be carried out by specialists and employees of companies from the energy sector of the economy and energy efficiency experts.

Program participants will have the opportunity to gain valuable knowledge from practicing professionals who work directly in the energy industry and energy efficiency, which will ensure that students gain practical skills and understanding of processes in these areas.

The program "EnergoStart: Training for the Future" not only provides students with new knowledge and skills, but also opens the door to a promising career in the field of energy efficiency and energy for everyone who participates in it.

Contribution to the restoration of Ukraine:
The program will prepare specialists to participate in projects aimed at the restoration of Ukraine, which is important for ensuring energy security, energy efficiency and sustainable development of the country.

Cooperation with leading companies will ensure the relevance of educational materials and access to the latest knowledge and innovations in the field of energy efficiency and energy. Such a partnership will contribute to the training of specialists who will be able to participate in the restoration of Ukraine’s infrastructure, in accordance with European standards and practices.

Training format:
Lectures and practical classes (online learning, using multimedia tools), independent work.

Duration of the training course:
Three months.

Class schedule:
2 days a week, 2 hours a day (every Tuesday and Thursday).

Language:
Ukrainian, English (online translation).

Number of participants:
up to 30 people.

What is required:

High level of motivation to study and work in the specified field.
Knowledge of the Ukrainian language for effective communication and understanding of the materials.
