What matters to us:
- higher electrical engineering education;
- 5+ years of experience in the complex design of 6–330 kV substations;
- possession of a CPE (Chief Project Engineer) certificate (will be an advantage).
Key Responsibilities:
- complex design of 6–330 kV substations;
- preparation of commercial proposals and documentation for participation in design tenders;
- facility surveys, collection, and processing of initial data;
- development and coordination with the client of technical solutions, terms of reference, estimate documentation, implementation deadlines, etc.;
- coordination of contracts, terms of reference, drawing up design schedules, and monitoring work performance;
- setting tasks for subordinates and quality control of their work;
- setting tasks for subcontracted design organizations and quality control of their work;
- monitoring the implementation of technical solutions;
- analysis and verification of finished design solutions;
- preparation of physical volumes for cost estimators and checking estimates for compliance with design solutions;
- performance of author’s supervision;
- undergoing expert examination of project documentation and addressing comments.
