Job Responsibilities:
1. Execute daily data analysis tasks, including creating daily, weekly, monthly reports, and data dashboards
2. Conduct in-depth user analysis, including behavior analysis, device usage analysis, channel analysis, and psychological analysis
3. Develop user segmentation studies, construct user journey analysis and conversion funnel analysis models
4. Participate in business department requirement research, translating business problems into data analysis projects
5. Design and implement data mining models, including building, maintaining, deploying, and evaluating
6. Respond to and complete ad-hoc thematic analysis requests, providing data support for decision-making
7. Screen and evaluate appropriate data sources, ensuring data quality and relevance
8. Gain deep understanding of user needs through data analysis, providing insights for product and service improvements
Job Requirements
Professional Knowledge:
1. Technical Skills:
- — Proficient in SQL, capable of handling complex queries and large-scale data processing
- — Skilled in using Python or R for data analysis and modeling
- — Familiar with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, etc.
- Knowledge of big data processing technologies like Hadoop, Spark, etc.
2. Analytical Skills:
- — Solid foundation in statistics, familiar with various statistical analysis methods
- Familiar with machine learning algorithms, able to build and optimize predictive models
- — Strong data insight ability, capable of extracting valuable information from complex data
Key Skill:
1. Business Knowledge:
- Have experience in engineering/maintenance of wireless/core network/datacom in the mobile communications field.
- Have basic knowledge of the communications industry or be familiar with the delivery characteristics of data analysis projects.
- — Familiar with network protocols, data communication, network security related professional knowledge;
- Familiar with the wireless and core network service signaling process and customer complaint handling.
- Have a basic command of CS or PS services and signaling flows. Have a good command of end-to-end service processing flows. Have a proficient command of wireless communication network architecture.
- Have work experience in the communications or data analysis industry and be familiar with databases. Data mining algorithms and principles, and data analysis using SPSS/R/SAS
- Familiar with concepts and methods of user behavior analysis, customer value analysis, etc.

Work experience:
2−5 years of relevant data analysis experience, preferably with a background in the telecommunications industry
