The project's website compiles information on corporations that, despite the deaths of 177 children (data as of 10.04.22), continue to pay putin for gas, coal and other energy resources, as well as supplying components and oilfield services.
"Every dollar paid for russian energy is a dollar that supports a murderous war. You can no longer sit on the fence about doing or not doing business with russian energy companies. And we have a clear message for those who haven’t realized that: what your margins cover today is a specific number of Ukrainian children killed, homes destroyed, cities decimated and millions of lost or war-torn lives," according to the Stop Bloody Energy website.
"The #StopBloodyEnergy initiative calls on Western companies to stop cooperating with Russia in the fuel and energy sector... The only way to stop this war is to deprive the aggressor country of funds to extend it," DTEK executive director Dmytro Sakharuk said on his Facebook.
The Energy Club, Ukraine's largest business community of energy companies, is joining the Stop Bloody Energy project and will appeal to Western companies on a daily basis to stop cooperation with russia in the fuel and energy sector.
