The Energy Club continued working on the appeal to define the rules for natural gas sales in Ukraine at a closed meeting
Today, on April 26th, the second Energy Club closed meeting was devoted to "Discussion of proposals for determining natural gas sales regulations in Ukraine for the period from May 1, 2022, to April 30, 2023".
We would remind that according to the results of the first meeting of Energy Club on April 12 a working group has been created which works at the address to define corresponding rules.
At the second meeting, experts discussed the proposals outlined in the previous version of the appeal and proposed an addendum. Work in the group continues.
Participating in the discussion were: Oleksiy Kucherenko, People's Deputy of Ukraine, First Deputy Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Energy and Housing and Communal Services Yevgen Palenka, ex-head of mining companies, independent energy expert Volodymyr Hnoyevyi, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Natural Gas, Association of Energy Suppliers Arsentiy Blashchuk, President of the Association of Ukrteplokomunenergo Ruslan Ovcharenko, Director of the Department for Regulation of Heat Supply Relations of the National Commission for Regulation of Economic Competition Oleh Bakulin, gas lawyer Oleh Garnyk, analyst of the Analytical Center of the Association of Ukrainian Cities Vyacheslav Bind, Director of Kyivteploenerho Oleksandr Olakesenko, General Director of Poltavateploenergo.
