He received his higher education from the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Ternopil National Economic University, Ivano-Frankivsk Educational and Scientific Institute of Management, and Western Ukrainian National University.
An energy expert with over 20 years of experience. Daily activities include participation in the design, reconstruction, and new construction of electrical installations, electrical substations, and power transmission lines from 35 to 750 kV.
He worked in energy companies that implemented projects in Central Asia, the European Union, the USA, the UAE, and Ukraine.
He deeply understands the Ukrainian energy market and has been involved in the development of legislative and regulatory documentation in the energy sector in Ukraine for many years.
He is also an active speaker and moderator of events held in the energy industry.
